As you can see, in this picture I added a pink wig, (Penneys) and fake pink nails, it really brings the whole look together.
YOU WILL NEED:
-Face paint (I recommend Snazaroo, around €5 each) in the colours white, pink, red, blue, purple and black.
-A small face sponge
-Brushes (medium and small for detail)
-Cotton buds
-Water
-Mascara
-Wig and fake nails (Optional)
Step 1:
Dip the face sponge into a small amount of water then take some white face paint on the sponge. Apply the white face paint all over the face/neck/shoulders/hands/arms, depending on how much you want to cover with the comic effect.
Step 2:
Take a cotton bud and dip into the water, then into the pink face paint. Start on the forehead and apply small dots diagonally across the face. Repeat until the whole area is covered.
Step 3:
Using a brush, paint purple face paint across the eyelid. (Alternatively, eye shadow can be used, but does not look as good). Wait for it to dry before opening your eyes, otherwise it will smudge. Again, using a small brush, mix some white and blue paint and paint tear drop shapes underneath the eye. Paint red on the lips, alternatively, red lipstick can be used. Painting small dots of white on the red lips will give the effect of shine on the lips.
Step 4:
Once the detail is dry, it's time to outline. Take a small, skinny brush, and outline all of what you've just done on the eyes and lips in black, and put some mascara on your eye lashes. You can also paint a small stripe on the nose and cheek bones. Don't forget to fill in your eyebrows in black too, make sure the lines are really clean.
Once that's done, your make up is finished! There are so hairstyles you could use for this look. I didn't have much time so I opted for a simple large quiff with a roller pinned in behind it, sleeked back sides and curls at the bottom. This is the finished look..
